The Importance of Maintaining Healthy Weight
Every person has a unique measurement called body mass index (BMI). BMI refers to the ration between fat and muscle tissues in the body. People with high levels of fat tissues or those with much weight are exposed to many health risks. For example, fats may apply pressure to the veins and arteries, resulting to high blood pressure. To maintain healthy weight is one good way of preventing the risks of diabetes, heart disease, stroke, gout and some cancers.
